Have stayed here many times and would happily return. We greatly enjoyed the hotel, its good location and REALLY KIND staff. Actually, the room was lovely, it also had a shower, hair dryers, and bath sheets. The rate was US$ 24. The airport was 0.5 miles away.

The venue was clean and cozy, the triple room setup was enjoyable, the location near the metro, supermarket, and airport was great, we had a wonderful one-night stay in the Hortaleza district.

The staff is helpful and amicable. the rooms are clean. the bathroom with bathtubs. the location is particularly good, in the middle of Jackson. Plus, it's in Hortaleza district, right by metro and supermarket, and the airport.

For the price we paid, New Hortaleza Coliving provided great value. The room was new, clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel's location was also convenient, with plenty of free parking available in the surrounding area. The WiFi worked well too.
The food for breakfast could have been better.
